Shipping Charges within the U.S. and Canada When order sub-total is:         Shipping: $ 0.01  - $ 9.99                    $2.50 $10.00 - $24.99                    $4.50 $25.00 - $39.99                    $6.50 $40.00 and more                   FREE   Shipping Charges outside the U.S. are calculated by weight. The minimum charge is $2.50. If you are ordering fibers only, shipping charges will be less as fibers do not weigh as much as the chipboard items. Shipping overage of $1.00 or more will be refunded. Orders with shipping overage less than $1.00 will receive free extra item(s). Shipping is FREE within the U.S. when you spend $40.00 or more. International customers will receive a $4.00 credit towards shipping charges. (We pay the first $4.00, you pay the balance).
